Here is news from Utusan/Bernama:
James Foong ketuai suruhanjaya siasatan kes Beng Hock
Now here is news from the MI:
And TheStar here:
Lets see now:
The Utusan/Bernama report was reported to have said:
The MI and TheStar was reported to have said that the RCI scope has been widened to investigate Teoh's death and circumstances leading to it.
I am wondering, today the 26 January 2011 Utusan/Bernama Report and the Star & MI report on the same RCI is not the same. One did not say that the scope has been expanded, the others say that it has been expanded to investigate Teoh's death and the circumstances leading to it. So which report is right?
I clearly remember the 7 January 2011 report, it was clear that the PM said that the RCI would not be expanded to include a probe into how Teoh Beng Hock had plunged to his death in 2009 because the AG will be filing for a revision in the High Court on the verdict of the Inquest.
I hope this is not a U-Turn decision on the part of the PM, succumbing to pressure brought to bear by the Opposition parties.
So did Teoh Beng Hock's family got their wish?
If so whats going to happen to the AG's request for a revision of the inquest verdict?

KUALA LUMPUR 26 Jan.
- Bernama
