Malaysian commandos retake tanker from Somali pirates

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian commandos rescued 23 crew members of an oil tanker which was hijacked by Somali pirates in a drama-filled operation in the Gulf of Aden early yesterday.


Seven pirates were detained after a fierce fire fight on board the hijacked tanker, MT Bunga Laurel.
