RCI for Teoh Beng Hock's death, expanded Terms of Reference not enough?

Not 24 hours has lapsed after the RCI in the Teoh Beng Hock case was announced (read here), there are already calls by the DAP, the family of the late Teoh Beng Hock and even the MI for a revision of the RCI.

Read:

1. MACC must take responsibility for Beng Hock’s death, says family
2. Ensuring justice for Teoh Beng Hock — The Malaysian Insider
3. RCI into TBH’s mysterious death fulfilled only one of three criteria needed to fully satisfy public demands for a credible, high-level, wide-ranging and no-holds-barred probe

Please don't kill the messenger OK but granted that the prerogative to select and determine the terms of reference of the panel members lies in the hands of the Prime Minister,  but since the Government has already succumbed to expanding the RCI, its not too late to add some more. The Malays call it alang-alang selok pekasam biar sampai kelengan.

Besides roping in Tun Musa Hitam, Former Appeals Court Judge N.H Chan, Former Bar President Ambiga, the Government should also consider inviting Mr. Lim Kit Siang. [Tun Musa Hitam is UMNO member so Lim Kit Siang DAP member can balance the make up of the panel]

I do not know whether this will be enough to satisfy the family and the DAP as by now most of us would know that they only want to hear one and only one verdict.

Perhaps the AG can also enlighten us Malaysians on the status of his request for a revision of the open verdict of the Inquest at the High Court.
