KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 18 — No signs of a struggle were found at the window where Teoh Beng Hock had plunged to his death, a police forensic expert told the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) today.
Chief Inspector Mazli Jusoh said he had examined the window and its surroundings on the 14th floor of Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam with his naked eye, but found no evidence of a physical altercation there.
“In my opinion, no struggle occurred,” said Mazli on the fifth day of the inquiry today.
“In my experience in crime scene investigation, if there was a fight at one part of the crime scene, it will be messy.
“If the crime scene has transparent surfaces, you can see messy marks around the room,” he added.
