DAP to take Keshwinder and Hee to court

By NG CHENG YEE

KUALA LUMPUR: DAP will take legal action against Malim Nawar state assemblyman Keshwinder Singh and Jelapang state assemblyman Hee Yit Foong for breach of contract.

Perak DAP chief Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham said the contract that was signed with the party after the March 8, 2008 general election required elected representatives to resign and pay a RM5mil compensation if they defected or left the party.

No wonder the DAP accused their legislators who resigned as taking money from the other side. What a convenient excuse, I supposed its got nothing to do with the fact that the DAP is in turmoil, fractionalised and some of them playing too much politics and not looking after their constituents as well as they should, eh?
