Palestine is now officially a non-member state with observer status in the United Nations

God be praised, the Palestinian got what they have asked from the United Nations:


Palestinians win implicit U.N. recognition of sovereign state


"In a historic session of the United Nations in New York Thursday, exactly 65 years after passing the Partition Plan for Palestine, the General Assembly voted by a huge majority to recognize Palestine within the 1967 borders as a non-member state with observer status in the organization. Some 138 countries voted in favor of the resolution, 41 abstained and 9 voted against: Canada, Czech Republic, Israel, U.S., Panama, The Marshall Islands, Palau, Nauru, and Micronesia."

Much work and much talking but less violence still remains though, the Palestinian State has been fragmented by the Isreali Occupiers so much so that it would virtually be impossible to have a  proper contiguous state if illegal Israeli Settlements are not moved back to Israel to within the pre 1967 borders:
